Happy Father's Day!
We were able to pick up my dad from the hospital on Sunday morning. We headed over to Pier 39 and met up with Matthew's parents to celebrate Father's Day. Our day included lunch at Hard Rock Cafe, the SF Bay Aquarium (which is actually pretty cool and worth the money), walking around Pier 39, a carousel ride, and watching the crazy loud sea lions. All in all, it was a really nice day.
Both girls were very brave and loved touching the sting rays and leopard sharks and star fish.
They had 2 sea tunnels....the first of the shallow waters with lots of star fish and little fish and one huge (over 6 ft. long) sea bass & the second of the deep waters with sharks and other big fish.
I love how my girls feel totally comfortable with any of their grandparents. They really miss Grandma Judy and Grandpa Tom now that they live over 5 hours away :(
