UCLA Festival of Books

The girls and I were able to attend the UCLA Festival of Books today. Thousands of people came out to enjoy readings by authors ranging from the mystery writer Mary Higgins Clark to the "Very Hungry Caterpillar" author, Eric Carle. Although there were hundreds of authors and displays going on, we only made it to the Target Children's area. It was pretty amazing. They were able to see the Disney channel's Choo Choo Soul, Noggin's Yo Gabba Gabba, Eric Carle, the illustrator of Fancy Nancy, and many more! It was well worth the $9 for parking :)
